Sr. Director, Sales Enablement

As the Senior Director of Knowledge & Innovation, you will shape and operationalize the strategy for all Sales knowledge frameworks, value-based storytelling, and tooling innovation across our global commercial ecosystem. You will build a world-class enablement content engine, ensure scalable intelligence and adoption of our knowledge assets, and lead the roadmap for AI-powered innovation in how o9 sells. This is a transformational leadership role with high visibility and deep partnership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams.

What you'll do for us...

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

  • Define and execute the global Knowledge & Innovation strategy that elevates Sales and Partner productivity, effectiveness, and competitiveness

  • Build and scale a roadmap for AI-driven sales tools, automation, content intelligence, and knowledge accessibility across the buyer journey

  • Act as executive owner for Seismic and related selling technology, maximizing ROI, governance, and strategic utilization

  • Partner with Product, Industry, and Value Engineering teams to embed o9 platform intelligence and industry expertise into scalable enablement systems

Content & Storytelling Excellence

  • Lead the development of compelling, differentiated enablement content, narratives, and visual storytelling aligned to o9's value proposition

  • Establish a global content lifecycle - creation, activation, measurement, and continuous improvement

  • Ensure consistent messaging and solution positioning across direct sellers, alliances, and customer-facing teams worldwide

Sales Cycle & Methodology Optimization

  • Co-design a best-in-class o9 Sales Cycle and GTM Sales Methodology; empower adoption through templatized, data-driven execution

  • Accelerate deal velocity by bridging insights, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and learning experiences into field workflows

Change Management & Communications

  • Champion internal marketing & communication plans to drive awareness and engagement for new content, tools, and capabilities

  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous enablement excellence across all GTM motions

  • Influence senior leaders on enablement strategy, business impact, and continuous improvement priorities

What you'll have...

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Technology/SaaS, Consulting, or related domain

  • Proven success implementing enterprise-grade enablement content systems (e.g., Seismic, Highspot) and sales methodologies

  • Strong background collaborating closely with Sales leadership and Product organizations to enable complex, technical value propositions (Supply Chain, SaaS strongly preferred)

  • Demonstrated impact leading digital innovation and AI-enabled transformation

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
