Addison Group is partnering with a well-established construction organization seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to join their growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting business development efforts by leading the preparation of compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials for project pursuits.

Job Description

The Senior Proposal Specialist will manage the development and coordination of proposal responses from initial planning through final submission. This individual will work closely with operational leaders, estimators, and business development professionals to create high-quality marketing and pursuit materials that effectively communicate the organization's capabilities and project experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring all deadlines and submission requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical content, project information, and supporting documentation for proposals and qualifications packages.
  • Draft, edit, and refine proposal narratives to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with pursuit strategies.
  • Maintain and update proposal resources, including project descriptions, resumes, company qualifications, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate the production of interview presentations and other business development materials.
  • Review solicitation documents to identify requirements, deliverables, and compliance needs.
  • Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.
  • Ensure branding standards and document quality expectations are consistently met across all deliverables.
