Job Description:
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of personal injury matters prior to litigation. You will work closely with firm partners, case managers, and clients to drive case progress, facilitate settlements, and ensure our clients receive top-tier representation from day one. This role requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a direct impact on case outcomes and client satisfaction, making you a vital part of our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement

  • Evaluate case value and help formulate legal strategy

  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

  • Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements

  • Collaborate with partners to prepare cases for potential litigation

  • Provide guidance and support to case managers and support staff

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in [State]
