Job description

Join Chase Home Lending as an Executive Director, where you will drive growth by discovering and optimizing partnerships from a marketing perspective, as well as shaping marketing strategy for local markets and the American Dream initiative.

As the Executive Director Partnership &  American Dream Marketing Strategy within Chase Home Lending, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the discovery and optimization of new and existing partnerships from a marketing lens. This highly strategic role requires an analytical, visionary, and action-oriented leader who can identify opportunities, build frameworks, and execute marketing strategies that accelerate Home Lending growth across multiple channels. In addition to partnership marketing, this role will encompass strategy as it relates to Home Lending-ensuring Chase differentiates itself in the marketplace and meets customers where they are.

Job Responsibilities
  • Discover, evaluate, and optimize new and existing partnerships from a marketing lens, identifying opportunities that drive measurable Home Lending growth.
  • Develop and execute partnership marketing frameworks that align with broader Home Lending offer strategy and business objectives.
  • Build go-to-market plans for partnership activations, ensuring speed to market and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Analytics teams to measure partnership performance and optimize ROI.
  • Map the competitive landscape and identify whitespace opportunities for differentiated partnership positioning.
  • Formulate local marketing strategy to grow self-sourced and referral business for Home Lending within Chase branches and local markets, in partnership with the Local Marketing team.
  • Own the marketing strategy for the American Dream initiative as it relates to Home Lending, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and drives awareness, consideration, and action.
  • Develop plans and campaign frameworks that authentically connect Chase Home Lending offerings to homeownership accessibility and community growth.
  • Define problem statements, evaluate options based on market observations, and articulate clear paths to bring strategies to market.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, test hypotheses, and scale what works.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, partnerships, growth marketing, or business development within financial services or related industries.
  • Strong analytical foundation, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Visionary thinker who can develop ideas from problem statements and map clear paths to execution.
  • Experience with local or field marketing strategies that support distributed sales teams.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or comparable strategy roles.
  • Self-driven and able to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business and market dynamics, including financial performance, key objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape.

  • A track record of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.

  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • MBA or advanced degree.
