DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development: Lead new partnership business development efforts, including direct outreach to prospective partners, while providing guidance, structure, and strategic support to the sales team. Drive the closing of significant partnership accounts by leading negotiations, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure high-value deals.
  • Prospecting: Lead all prospecting efforts by identifying, researching, and targeting new partnership opportunities to build a strong pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Game Presentation, Stadium Operations, Partnership Marketing, and Business Intelligence to develop data-driven strategies that feature a compelling brand story and sales narrative.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required

  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
