THE OPPORTUNITY
A unique, rare opportunity has opened to become the Director of Ticket Sales of the Morehead City Marlins (Collegiate Summer League Team)
THE DETAILS
Your primary job will be ticket revenue - focusing on managing and growing ticket sales to include mini plans, groups, and other stadium outings. In addition you will have the opportunity to sell sponsorships and special events.
Because we want you to focus on revenue and the growth of the organization,
we've built a support staff around you. You will be responsible for growing the
revenue of the organization and fan experience.
THE UPSIDE
We believe our team can sell out every game in the not-too-distant future,
dramatically improve and build on the fan experience and game entertainment,
continue to grow sponsorship revenue, create a merchandise selling machine and
ramp up non-baseball events - all of which lead to a huge spike in business. We
feel with the team's unique logo, colors, stadium and fan focus, we can match any
team in the country for branding, visibility and financial success.
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We want someone focused on revenue. Have we made that clear? Revenue pays

Ticket Sales
You'll lead the ticket sales efforts as our Director of Ticket Sales - coaching, teaching
and guiding the ticket sales staff and sales interns. You have to be willing to go on
sales calls with the ticket sales staff and guide the ticket sales strategy with the help
of our marketing team.
