What You'll Do
  • You'll work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product
  • Leverage deep technical & CPG industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and support to existing customers, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions
  • Partner with product development team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback
  • Serve as a primary CPG subject matter expert, translating complex business processes (cash application, deductions management, trade accruals, period close) into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions
  • Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention
About You
  • 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods with demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Accounting, A/R Accounting, Trade Management, Trade Optimization
  • Passion for being at the technology leading edge, driving automation and optimization of core CPG functions through innovative software solutions
  • Exposure to Trade Accounting
  • Strong understanding of complex deductions management workflows
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Excited to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
