The Sendbird Revenue Operations team is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations. The Revenue Operations team brings together Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CX Operations, and Data Insights — together, we own the processes, systems, and analytics that power the entire lead-to-cash cycle. It's a fast-moving, high-impact function, and this role is central to how we grow.

Reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the monitoring and enablement of lead and pipeline delivery. We're looking for someone who really gets marketing — someone who can build the systems, processes, and workflows that help our marketing efforts thrive and scale. This role is based in our San Mateo, California office, with the team on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week (3+ days). This is an IC role that owns the function, the strategy, and vendor relationships.

What you will do:

  • Lead our Marketing Operations efforts, and be a partner to the Head of Demand Generation and our Marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage our external MOps agency that executes our Campaign Operations.

Platform and Systems Ownership

    • Own the Marketing technology stack across various solutions, selection of new tools, and support the management of our marketing technology ecosystem (website, backend systems, measurement).
    • Set up and manage integrations between our core Marketing and Sales systems and complementary tools.
    • Balance short-term fixes with the design and implementation of scalable long-term solutions.

Campaign Management

    • Work with our global marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign programs are designed and executed effectively.
    • Manage our email calendar and inbound forms; Build, test, and send emails, registration pages, and other campaign elements.
    • Monitor email deliverability and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement and compliance with privacy regulations.
    • Ensure lead and contact data quality: cleaning, normalization, and imports
    • Assist with lead and contact database management, attributions, and proper tagging.
    • Optimize lead and account scoring, nurturing, and routing so leads are passed and prioritized appropriately.

Reporting / Analytics

    • Build and maintain the tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for Demand Generation programs, ensuring accurate measurement, clean data flow between systems, and clear visibility into program effectiveness and ROI for stakeholders.
    • Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and drive for conversion/velocity.
    • Define measurements for Inbound/Outbound, Channels, Lead Source, etc.
    • Refine our Attribution model to optimize for motion and ROI.

What you will bring:

  • 9+ years in Marketing Operations.
  • 9+ years at B2B AI and/or B2B SaaS Growth companies with experience in Enterprise-level Sales Led Growth (SLG) motions.
  • Experience with scaling a Series C or later company, and/or with growing a $50 to 100+ million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) company.
  • Understanding of the full B2B marketing and sales lifecycle and associated best practices.
  • Deep domain expertise in building and optimizing marketing automation platforms, especially Marketo, Bizible, Salesforce, Zoominfo/Clay, LeanData, RingLead, G2, Paid Media (Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Facebook, etc).
  • AI Fluency - You've used Claude Code, Cursor, or another vibe coding tool to build apps and/or automation that helped scale the GTM motion.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills, ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to run rigorous due diligence and negotiations for new technologies, tools/systems, and vendors.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we use a variety of compensation data benchmarks from similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range for this role is $200,000 - $210,000. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
