About the Role:

The Director of the Laboratory at Wagoner Community Hospital (WCH) will play a pivotal role in overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services to support patient care. This position is responsible for developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards while promoting best practices in laboratory medicine. The Director will lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent.
