Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role supporting Sales and Marketing organizations.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations and ongoing platform evolution.
  • Strong track record delivering digital transformation initiatives that directly impact revenue growth and customer experience.
  • Experience working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics / Reporting and Integrations (APIs, middleware, data platforms)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDP), analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, and system integration patterns.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into technology execution.
  • Executive-level communication, stakeholder management skills, strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and ROI analysis.
