Job Summary

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to support critical aftermarket operations for the flying fleet. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and client, ensuring timely and accurate support for spares, AOG requirements, and customer quoting activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest quality customer experience during visits, product demonstrations, evaluations, deliveries, and special events

  • Serve as an aftermarket Customer Service Representative supporting quoting activities using client tools

  • Determine production status and availability of replacement parts

  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers on spare configurations and make/buy decisions

  • Administer and manage customer quotes from initiation through delivery

  • Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and spares requirements

  • Liaise directly with client on customer requests

  • Coordinate agendas and logistics for trade shows, air shows, exhibits, product evaluations, and special events

  • Manage budgets and distribution of promotional materials

  • Support senior management and executive customer engagements

  • Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, customer commitments, and ethics regulations

  • Act as liaison between customers and company executive leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience working with quoting systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills

  • Aerospace industry experience OR a relevant degree combined with customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aftermarket or spares support experience

  • AOG support experience

  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and fleet support operations
