Job Summary:
The Farmington Competition Cheer Team has an opening for highly qualified candidate to serve as a Team and/or recreational coach. Position will require performing all duties involved in coaching the team, including organizing practices, building positive team culture, attending all competitions/events, and attending professional development trainings. The season begins in August and ends in January. Practices range from 1-10 hours per week, with approximately 6-8 competitions on weekends. Must be high energy and have experience working with youth. Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain USA Cheer certification, first aid/CPR certification, concussion management training and other safety skill training as requested by FCCT Director. Coaching experience preferred.Possibility of coaching a different team each season.
Starting pay - $15/hour
Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching preferred, experience working with youth required.
