About Us

Weโ€™re launching Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars in Colorado Springsโ€”both leading national youth sports programs focused on building confidence, coordination, and life skills for kids ages 1โ€“10 through sports.

We bring structured, high-energy classes directly to preschools, schools, and communitiesโ€”led by trained coaches, not volunteers.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a rapidly expanding national brand in the youth sports industry.

This is NOT an entry-level coaching role.

To be considered, candidates MUST have:

  • Proven cold sales or business development experience
  • Experience successfully working with children under 5 years old

We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable:

  • Walking into schools and businesses
  • Building relationships from scratch
  • Following up consistently
  • Confidently asking for the business
  • Leading energetic, structured classes for young children, starting on day 1!

If you do not have experience in BOTH sales/outreach and early childhood coaching/teaching, this role will likely not be the right fit.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with cold sales, business development, or partnership outreach

  • Existing relationships within Colorado Springs schools, preschools, or community organizations
  • Experience with grassroots marketing, event outreach, or community engagement
  • Experience selling sponsorships, memberships, or recurring programs/services
  • CPR, First Aid, Safesport, or sports coaching certifications (or willingness to obtain)
