Job description

We are seeking coaches for our golf, tennis and pickleball summer camps.

  • Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach so ensure classes are fun and we create a stress-free environment
  • Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending [monthly/week/season] trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual [update based on brand]

Requirements

Coaches should have reliable transportation, and will work week-long shifts in the morning (8:30-12:30), afternoon (12:30-4:00) or both. Experience in the sport (golf, tennis or pickleball) is expected, but coaches need not be experts.

Benefits

Assistant coach pay is $500-550/week depending on shift length. Head coach pay is $700-750.
