Tennis Central Corp Washington, DC
Tennis Central Corp is currently seeking motivated tennis players and coaches to join our growing team in the Washington, DC area starting Spring 2026 (immediate openings available).
This is a tennis coaching position, ideal for candidates who are passionate about player development and want to be actively on court while contributing to a dynamic and growing tennis program.
Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering high-quality tennis coaching to players of all ages and levels, while helping grow engagement within our programs.
Key Responsibilities Coaching

  • Coach junior and adult tennis programs (advanced to beginners)
  • Assist with player development and group sessions
  • Deliver private lessons and HIT sessions
  • Support player progression within Tennis Central programs
Compensation & Growth Opportunities

In addition to base hourly compensation, this role offerscommission opportunities. Commission opportunities may include:
  • Selling rackets and stringing services
  • Bringing players into tournaments and programs
  • Generating additional private lessons or HIT sessions
This structure allows coaches to increase their earnings based on their initiative and contribution to the program.
