Job description

Job Summary:
T3i is seeking Certified Strength amp; Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) to support embedded Human Performance Optimization (HPO) programs within Air Force Special Warfare, Air Ground Operations, and other military high-performance communities. Working directly with Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) operators, aircrew, and other tactical athletes, the CSCS will deliver evidence-based strength and conditioning, injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization services designed to enhance readiness, improve durability, and extend career longevity. The CSCS will serve as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team that may include Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Performance Dietitians, Resilience amp; Performance Coaches, Operational Psychologists, and military leadership.

*Hiring is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical performance assessments and needs analyses
• Design and implement individualized and group training programs
• Deliver strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention services
• Provide one-on-one coaching and small-group instruction
• Develop and deliver educational sessions related to physical readiness and performance
• Monitor training outcomes and adjust programming based on performance data
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary human performance professionals
• Advise leadership on readiness trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support equipment recommendations, facility operations, and program development
• Maintain required records, certifications, and reporting requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or related field
• Current NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Minimum two years of full-time strength and conditioning experience supporting tactical, military, collegiate, professional, or other high-performance populations
• Ability to pass required background screening and obtain installation access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or related field
• Five (5)+ years of experience supporting military, special operations, aviation, collegiate, or professional athletic populations
• NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F)
• Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC)
• Experience supporting Department of Defense Human Performance programs
• Experience working within an integrated multidisciplinary performance team
