We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, martial arts, or physical education, and will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in various activities such as Judo, swimming, climbing, and other physical fitness programs. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about working with students of all ages and abilities, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and student needs.
  • Instruct students in various sports and physical activities, ensuring safety and proper techniques.
  • Provide individualized attention to students to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
  • Organize and supervise practice sessions, competitions, and events.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all activities.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote a cohesive program.
  • Engage with parents or guardians regarding student development and performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sports coaching or instruction, particularly in martial arts such as Judo.
