Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming and physical education. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating students of all ages in swimming techniques, safety practices, and water confidence. Your role will involve creating a positive learning environment that fosters skill development and encourages a love for swimming.

Duties:

  • Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, adapting instruction to meet the needs of each student.
  • Teach various swimming techniques, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Educate students on water safety rules and emergency procedures.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop lesson plans and ensure consistency in teaching methods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe pool area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
