A USASF cheerleader is an athlete who participates in competitive cheerleading governed by the United States All Star Federation (USASF). USASF sets the rules, safety standards, and competition guidelines for all-star cheerleading in the United States. These athletes perform choreographed routines that combine stunts, tumbling, jumps, and dance, and they compete at local, regional, and national events.
