Job description

Experience coaching cheer is required.
In this role, you will coach children of various ages, with classes starting at 5 years old and going up to 18 years. Birons has been serving the community for over 50 years, and we are deeply committed to our customers, staff, and the community. We are seeking someone who loves working with kids, is passionate, and eager to learn.
Birons offers flexible hours, competitive pay, paid training, and a rewarding experience. Compensation is based on education, certifications, and experience. We are looking for candidates available for part-time evening hours.
Currently looking for a coach who is available:
Monday 4:30-7:30 PM
Tuesday 4:30-6:30 PM
Thursday 4:30-7:30 PM
Requirements
  • Understanding of USASF Cheer and Safety guidelines.
  • Prior coaching experience.
  • Knowledge of all ability levels and requirements.
