Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and engaging Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to lead classes for youth. This role focuses on teaching foundational BJJ techniques while helping students develop discipline, confidence, and respect in a structured and positive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead structured youth BJJ classes for beginner to intermediate students
  • Teach proper technique, safety, and sportsmanship
  • Maintain control of the class and ensure a safe training environment
  • Encourage confidence, discipline, and teamwork among students
  • Communicate professionally with parents and gym staff
  • Start and end classes on time and keep students engaged throughout
Qualifications
  • Experience training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
  • Previous coaching or teaching experience with children strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and classroom management skills
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
  • Ability to create a structured but fun learning environment
Schedule
