Qualifications:
  • Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
  • Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
  • People skills and personality: You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.

The Exercise Coach, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding a part-time Fitness Coach for the Eagan studio.
Fitness experience is a plus but our specialized training and certification will be provided. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, enjoys one-on-one conversation and relationships, and is passionate about good health. Ideal candidates will be interested in growing with us.

Our studio offers a casual, fun environment, using top-of-the-line proprietary training equipment. Each coach works with just one person at a time, or a small group of 2-4 people, guiding and motivating them, as well as keeping sharp eyes for form, challenges and safety. The equipment keeps track of their progress over time so that you can work with them to achieve the results they're looking for. In addition to training our clients, all employees will share responsibility for communicating with prospects, clients, and scheduling.
Coach Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform Fitness Evaluations
  • Educate/Coach clients
  • Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
  • Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
  • Track Client Progress
  • Lead Follow Up
  • Facilitate Consultations

**All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies. **

Education:
  • High School Graduate (Required)
  • Education in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy (Plus)
  • AED/CPR Certification (Required before certification in our studio)
Experience:
  • Customer Service experience
  • Coaching or Training (Plus)
