Revival Windows helps homeowners improve their homes through high-quality window replacements. We also focus on developing people offering structured training, mentorship, and clear paths for growth.

We're expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to learn sales, build confidence, and grow within a supportive team environment. Prior sales experience is not required we provide full training.

What You'll Do

  • Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
  • Start conversations and identify interest in window upgrades
  • Schedule appointments for our Marketing Directors
  • Track daily activity and work toward performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

This role focuses on communication, consistency, and effort not high-pressure selling.
