Job description

Job Summary:
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of their new Card Product as a Service platform within the Co Brand Product team. The Executive Director will be responsible for the end-to-end success of this strategic initiative, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature releases and ensure impactful capabilities for partners.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and own a robust, forward-looking strategy and roadmap for the Card Product as a Service program, aligning with business objectives and partner needs.
• Establish frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence new capabilities based on partner feedback, market trends, and business impact.
• Oversee the design and delivery of scalable APIs and integration solutions, ensuring ease of adoption and superior customer experiences for our partners.
• A forward-thinking passion for emerging technologies, with a demonstrated ability to champion and leverage generative AI tools and solutions to modernize the product lifecycle and deliver with quality and speed.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, understanding their requirements and championing their success through tailored solutions.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant features.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure adoption, partner satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Demonstrated success owning customer and partner product domains — ideally in consumer financial services, fintech, and/or a platform business with multi-sided customer relationships.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading and developing a team of PMs.
• Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and digital platform architecture.
• Ability to develop and communicate a compelling product strategy, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex products or platforms on time and within scope.
• Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with complex cross-functional delivery models.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience in prioritizing features and capabilities for maximum impact.
• Ability to translate complex product and data strategies into clear narratives for leadership audiences.
• Inspirational leader who can motivate teams, drive alignment, and champion change across the organization.
