This position supports census growth by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners, and other referral sources. The role requires strong communication skills, professional outreach abilities, and a compassionate understanding of healthcare services.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 19 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven work experience in marketing or business development, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing methods.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
