Brewery Cellar Team Member

New Glarus Brewing Company is hiring a full-time, onsite Brewery Cellar Team Member to join our growing team.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our 2nd-shift production team. This hands-on position supports core brewing operations by managing cellar processing systems while maintaining our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include executing daily cellar operations, including pasteurization, filtration, separator processes; monitoring and interfacing with computer-based automated control systems and performing basic data entry while maintaining a strict sanitation regimen for cellar equipment, tanks, and transfer lines. This role involves collaborating with brewers and quality control to ensure product consistency, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and performing other brewery duties as assigned.

Prior experience in food or beverage production is preferred. Experience with pasteurization, filtration, or separator equipment is helpful, though on-the-job training is provided. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of computers, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Applicants must be self-directed, comfortable with physical production work, and 18 years of age or older.

This is a permanent 2nd-shift/afternoon commitment. Starting pay is $24/hour or more, depending on experience.
