Position Summary

The Supply Chain Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting SPB Hospitality’s restaurant brands by ensuring reliable product availability, cost efficiency, and operational consistency across the supply network. This position partners closely with Operations, Finance, Culinary, Quality Assurance, and Distribution partners to manage day-to-day supply chain execution while driving continuous improvement across sourcing, distribution, and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations supporting SPB Hospitality’s restaurant brands

· Ensure consistent product availability while maintaining cost discipline and service expectations

· Partner with distribution centers and suppliers to manage performance and resolve issues

· Support inventory management, demand planning, and order accuracy initiatives

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, and QA teams

· Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities

· Support new restaurant openings, sourcing initiatives, and operational projects

· Travel as needed to support supply chain partners

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field

· 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or operations in a multi-unit environment

· Knowledge of inventory management, distribution, and demand planning

· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

· Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting national restaurant brands

· Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance

· APICS, CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification
