ABOUT THIS JOB

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Specialist who is ready to take charge in our marketing, operations, and internal workflows. Having heavy hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms is essential.

In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of AI systems, including logic, limitations, prompting, and data flow, to conceptualize, design, execute, and manage AI-powered processes. These processes will pull data, analyze performance metrics, and create briefs and reports. With a constant eye on emerging AI technologies and tools, you will build up processes that can create, identify issues within landing pages, and automate fixes.

The ideal candidate is competitive, proactive, and always ready to implement the latest developing technologies and platforms in a constantly-evolving market. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively identify, test, and implement new AI tools across marketing, operations, and internal workflows.

  • Design, build, and maintain automations using low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, native AI tools, etc.).

  • Develop and manage AI-powered processes end-to-end, including planning, execution, and optimization.

  • Work closely with the Creative, Tech and CRO teams to turn ideas into scalable AI-driven systems.

  • Build workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms (including tools like OpenClaw).

  • Create automated systems that pull data, analyze performance, and generate briefs, reports, and insights.

  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and process gaps, proposing AI solutions to increase speed and scalability.

  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies to keep the company competitive and ahead of the curve.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred, not required.

  • 2+ years of experience working as an AI Specialist, Automation Specialist, or similar role.

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation.

  • Heavy hands-on experience using modern AI tools (OpenClaw, LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms).

  • Strong conceptual understanding of how AI functions.

  • Experience building systems that support reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.

  • Comfortable building workflows, prompts, and automations without writing complex code.

  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and able to take full ownership of projects.

  • Naturally curious, fast learner, and stays on top of new AI releases.

  • Experience supporting growth, marketing, or ops teams is a bonus.
