Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our Direct Mail team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining mailing equipment, including inserters, folders, and inkjet printers, to ensure accurate and timely job processing. No prior experience is required—training will be provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Shift:
  • 3rd shift: Monday - Friday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor equipment during production runs
  • Load materials (envelopes, letters, flyers, etc.) into machines and monitor output for accuracy and quality
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure jobs meet customer and postal requirements
  • Maintain accurate production logs and ensure jobs are completed on schedule
  • Follow USPS regulations and internal quality standards
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required; training provided
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
