Job description

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dining Director to lead a team of food service professionals

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $62,400–$66,000 annually based on experience

Dining Director Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Assist in developing the annual Dining Services operating budget.

  • Order and maintain adequate food and departmental supplies in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Serve as the liaison for all aspects of Dining Services within the community.

  • Ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus and standardized recipes, are nutritious and appetizing, and are presented in an attractive manner.

Dining Director Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of food service and staff management experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality meals while maintaining presentation standards and controlling costs.

  • Experience owning a schedule of full time, part time, and per diem employees

  • Associate degree (or equivalent two-year degree) in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Administration, or a related field preferred.
