Overview
The Director of Dining Services is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining operations within our organization. This position requires a passionate and experienced individual who can create a vibrant dining experience for our residents while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. The Director will lead a team of culinary and service professionals, manage inventory, and develop training programs to enhance staff performance.

Duties

  • Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting dietary needs.
  • Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and service excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage purchasing, and control food costs effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Evaluate dining services through guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in culinary arts, restaurant management, or a related field.
