Collaboration with quality control teams and clear communication with clients are essential to address any ambiguities and ensure high-quality results.

What is digitizing?

Digitizing refers to the process of converting information, images, or designs into a digital format that can be used by computers or digital equipment. In industries like embroidery, digitizing involves creating a digital embroidery file from a graphic or logo, which embroidery machines can then stitch onto fabric. Digitizing can also apply to document management, where physical documents are scanned and converted into digital files for easier storage, access, and sharing. This process improves efficiency and enables better data management across various sectors.

Job description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Client team, driving hands-on execution of digital strategies across performance marketing channels while managing client relationships and campaign strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic leadership and tactical implementation-leading campaigns while also rolling up their sleeves to execute digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with client objectives. You'll serve as the lead point of contact for key accounts, owning campaign execution, managing budgets and ensuring performance goals are met. In addition, you'll collaborate closely with internal specialists-paid media strategists, organic/SEO experts, content creators, developers and designers-to craft high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strategize, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by proactively driving digital strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the lead digital strategist for client accounts, overseeing campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Develop budget recommendations, campaign goals, and KPIs, ensuring clear performance tracking.
  • Hands-on execution of paid media, SEO, or other digital strategies as needed, in addition to managing internal specialists.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to guide client strategies and internal best practices.
  • Lead client communication via meetings, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support new client onboarding, case study development, and business development opportunities as needed.
  • Mentor and support Account Coordinators and Digital Strategists in growing their expertise.
  • Ensure all strategies align with performance goals and deliver measurable business impact.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in paid and/or organic strategies (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) and/or organic search (SEO, content, and website optimization).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other key digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets with a proven track record of performance-driven results.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Up-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms (preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage internal teams.
  • Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in presenting strategy and performance insights to client leadership teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering client success.
