We’re Miami Mixed Media a creative production company proudly located in Miami’s Little River business district.


For over 11 years, we’ve built a reputation as one of Miami’s most innovative apparel production companies partnering with clothing brands, artists, businesses, and national companies to bring their ideas to life.


At MMM, we specialize in premium embroidery, screen printing, specialty decoration, and live customization events.


Our embroidery department continues to grow with advanced equipment, including our Barudan multi-head embroidery systems, allowing us to produce everything from custom hats and uniforms to premium brand collections.


We’re looking for an experienced embroidery professional who is ready to take ownership, lead a department, and help us continue building something special.


About The Role:


This is a leadership position inside our embroidery department.


We are looking for someone who understands embroidery production from start to finish not just operating a machine.


You will oversee daily embroidery workflow, manage production priorities, ensure quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and help train the next generation of embroidery operators.

The right person takes pride in clean stitching, efficiency, organization, and solving problems.


Responsibilities:
  • Operate multi-head embroidery machines
  • Manage daily embroidery production schedule
  • Review jobs before production begins
  • Prepare threads, backing, hoops, and materials
  • Inspect digitized files before running production
  • Identify potential stitch issues before production
  • Perform machine setups and changeovers
  • Maintain production speed and quality
  • Troubleshoot:
    • Thread breaks
    • Registration issues
    • Tension problems
    • Needle breaks
    • Material issues
  • Perform quality control during and after production
  • Manage embroidery operators and assistants
  • Train new team members
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and organization
  • Track production completion and deadlines
  • Communicate with management regarding workflow


Experience We’re Looking For:
