Job Description
The Embroidery Assistant supports the Lead Embroiderer in day-to-day production operations. This is an entry-level, growth-oriented position designed to develop a motivated individual into a fully skilled embroidery technician. The role begins with quality control and final product preparation, and expands over time to include machine operation and inventory management as competency is demonstrated.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail - the ability to spot imperfections in finished embroidery is essential
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the Lead Embroiderer
  • Ability to follow quality standards and maintain consistency across pieces
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a good work ethic
  • No prior embroidery experience required - full on-the-job training will be provided
