Job description

If you are willing to work hard and learn a valuable skill, we have an opening in our embroidery department. As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production that meets our standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines with precision.
  • Read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
  • Perform hooping and garment preparation accurately for various apparel types.
  • Execute and monitor production runs to ensure stitch quality and thread color accuracy.
  • Load and manage embroidery files via digitizing software and machine interface.
  • Conduct thread changes, bobbin replacements, and tension adjustments.
  • Perform basic digitizing tasks or assist with editing files for embroidery when needed.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production staff to meet daily and seasonal targets.

Qualifications
