Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Embroidery Production Lead to oversee daily embroidery production operations in a high-volume apparel manufacturing environment. This individual will coordinate production schedules, lead embroidery machine operators, maintain quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on embroidery production experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily embroidery production activities.

  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines.

  • Assign work to embroidery machine operators and monitor workflow.

  • Ensure efficient utilization of embroidery machines, materials, and labor.

  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

  • Troubleshoot embroidery machine issues, design problems, and production challenges.

  • Maintain production standards, efficiency, and quality expectations.

  • Collaborate with production, fulfillment, and other departments to ensure timely order completion.
