Embroidery Trimmer / Production Helper
Department: Embroidery Production
Reports To: Production Manager
Location: Lindon

Position Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Embroidery Trimmer / Production Helper to join our production team. This role is responsible for trimming embroidered apparel and hats, cleaning finished products, assisting embroidery machine operators, organizing production flow, and helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Embroidery Trimming & Finishing
  • Trim backing, jump stitches, loose threads, and excess materials from embroidered products
  • Inspect embroidered apparel and hats for quality and consistency
  • Ensure finished products meet company and customer quality standards
  • Fold, sort, and prepare completed items for packing or next production stages

Production Assistance
  • Assist embroidery machine operators with loading and unloading garments and hats
  • Help organize production runs and staging areas
  • Prepare garments, thread, backing, and supplies for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain production efficiency by helping keep workflow organized and moving smoothly

Quality Control
  • Identify embroidery defects such as thread breaks, misalignment, puckering, or incorrect colors
  • Notify supervisors immediately of quality concerns or production issues
  • Maintain high standards for premium finished products

Organization & Maintenance
  • Keep embroidery and production areas clean and organized
  • Assist with inventory organization and material restocking
  • Help maintain tools, hoops, and production equipment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
