Part-Time Production & Office Assistant
Herculean Embroidery, LLC

Herculean Embroidery, LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Production & Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the embroidery and promotional products industry while gaining valuable office and production experience. The right candidate may advance to a full-time position based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic office duties and administrative tasks
  • Create and manage invoices using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Answer phones and assist customers as needed
  • Learn embroidery production processes
  • Operate heat press equipment (training provided)
  • Package and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment
  • Assist with inventory management and order processing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar invoicing/accounting software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new processes and equipment
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Compensation & Schedule
