American Marketing is looking for an organized individual to support our Production Manager in overseeing all projects related to screen printing, embroidery, and other decoration techniques. Candidate must have great attention to detail and time/project management skills.

Job duties will include:

  • assisting production manager with managing all jobs through their production life cycle;
  • overseeing the master job board and keeping jobs on time;
  • quality control of projects;
  • communicating with managers, salespersons, and administrators throughout the production lifecycle;
  • supporting manager in troubleshooting issues;
  • serving as a key contact and support for all production employees;
  • opening and closing plant operation rooms
  • recruiting individuals to work on our production teams
  • support managing production employees
  • support training and providing reviews for employees in production roles

Previous experience in production/operations related to screen printing and embroidery are a must. Hours are 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Option to enroll in healthcare benefits. Simple IRA with a match. Paid time off.
