About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Embroidery Technician to play a key role in our embroidery production.

This is a hands-on position responsible for producing high-quality work, maintaining production standards, and helping ensure the embroidery department runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their work within a growing business.

Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year of commercial embroidery experience (required)
  • Takes pride in producing clean, accurate, professional work
  • Has a strong eye for detail and catches mistakes early
  • Works well in a team and communicates clearly
  • Is dependable, consistent, and organized
  • Takes initiative and contributes to improving workflow and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial embroidery machines in a production environment
  • Hoop garments accurately and consistently
  • Load, adjust, and monitor embroidery designs
  • Ensure correct thread colors, placement, and quality standards
  • Perform quality control on all finished items
  • Maintain production flow and meet deadlines
  • Help identify and resolve production issues
  • Support team members as needed
  • Assist with light sewing tasks when required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
