About the Role

The Embroidery Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily embroidery operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards. This role supports, trains, and guides team members, while also collaborating with management to improve efficiency and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

ยท Lead and support the embroidery team to meet daily production targets and deadlines

ยท Operate embroidery machines and assist with complex or high-priority orders as needed

ยท Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company standards

ยท Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and best practices

ยท Coordinate job assignments and workflow to maximize efficiency

ยท Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary

ยท Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

ยท Track production progress and report on performance metrics to management

ยท Other duties as assigned

What Weโ€™re Looking For

ยท Previous experience in embroidery production required

ยท Experience with multi-head machines, preferably ZSK

ยท Strong knowledge of embroidery machines and production processes

ยท Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

ยท Effective communication and team leadership skills

ยท Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

ยท Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

ยท Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

ยท Strong time management and organizational skills

ยท Ability to successfully pass a background check

Schedule & Physical RequirementsSchedule

ยท Sunday โ€“ Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00PM
