Help Build Something From the Ground Up
ShirtHub is one of the Midwest's fastest-growing custom apparel decorators, serving national brands, promotional product distributors, and eCommerce companies across the country.
We're expanding our decoration capabilities and building a dedicated embroidery department featuring brand-new Tajima TMEZ embroidery machines. We're looking for an experienced commercial embroidery operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
This isn't just another embroidery job. You'll play an important role in helping establish our embroidery operation from the ground up, with a clear opportunity to grow into a Lead or Embroidery Manager position as the department expands.
What You'll Do
  • Operate commercial embroidery machines in a production environment
  • Hoop garments accurately and efficiently
  • Set up jobs and load embroidery designs
  • Perform thread changes, machine setup, and production adjustments
  • Monitor stitch quality and inspect finished garments
  • Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
  • Keep production organized and on schedule
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient embroidery department
  • Assist in developing best practices as the department grows
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience operating commercial embroidery machines
  • Experience with Tajima machines is a plus but not required
  • Strong understanding of hooping, stabilizers, thread, tension, and production embroidery
  • Ability to identify and solve embroidery quality issues

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
