Job Summary:


The Sr. Production Artist will be responsible for providing production support to our creative team and accounts. These responsibilities include creating adaptive creative layouts, retouching, preparing digital assets and/or files for print manufacturing. The Sr. Production artist provides the foundation for a successful workflow process to ensure projects meet client expectations. The ideal candidate should excel at being a team player, as this role will assist with mentoring and training junior team members.


Job Description:

  • Collaborate with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients.
  • Provide production support to assigned accounts by reviewing comp files, creating templates, and building production mechanicals for final delivery.
  • Comfortable producing deliverables for both print and digital
  • Partnering with creative account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations as efficiently as possible.
  • Have a clear understanding of how projects move through all phases of the production process.

Pay Range

$40 - $50/Hr

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university a plus but not required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • Proficient in all necessary design applications including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to take direction.
  • Technically strong understanding of design tools and techniques.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Creative, passionate, flexible and a self-starter.
  • Comfortable working within a deadline driven environment.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional walking
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work
  • Frequent Sitting for prolonged periods of time

PAY STATEMENT

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
