About the Job

Working with the Brand Director, we are seeking a passionate and bold Production Artist who thrives in todays digital media landscape. This role involves the creative and efficient execution of scripted video content with The ideal candidate is excited to tackle challenges that may seem impossible and is ready to help lead our team toward viral success in an ever-evolving production environment.


What You'll Do

  • Work to create required visual assets.
  • Utilize programs like Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or Blockbench to design and develop assets.
  • Follow production timelines to ensure both short- and long-term projects progress efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver assets aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date asset library
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality control across all production assets, adhering to CatFaces creative standards.


What were looking for

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with Substance Painter and Blockbench, or similar asset creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Minecraft/Roblox aesthetics and experience creating stylized, game-related assets.
  • Familiarity with YouTube content trends, including Shorts, thumbnails, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote or digital-first teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for gaming, digital media, and creative problem-solving.
