What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Digitizing Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Digitizing Specialist, you need a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and familiarity with embroidery or graphic design processes, often supported by relevant training or experience. Proficiency with digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or Adobe Illustrator, and knowledge of various embroidery machine formats is typically required.
