We are home to some of the most iconic and widely viewed sports programming in the world. From the NFL and NCAA March Madness to the Masters, PGA TOUR, UEFA Champions League, NWSL, Serie A, and more, we deliver premium sports content across broadcast, cable, streaming, and digital platforms. Our Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness, tune-in, and brand affinity across all these properties through innovative, high-impact campaigns. The Broadcast & Cable Promos team plays a critical role in this mission by producing and trafficking on-air promotional content that reaches millions of viewers. This team works closely with creative, media, and production partners to ensure every promo – whether for a marquee event or a weekly highlight – lands with precision and power. The Marketing Project Manager will be instrumental in keeping this engine running smoothly, ensuring that every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Production Manager to join our Brand Creative team. This is pivotal in supporting all soccer-related properties – including UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, Serie A, NWSL, EFL, Carabao Cup, and more – as well as other core brand initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Creative, this role will help bring our storytelling to life across platforms, ensuring seamless execution and creative excellence in every deliverable.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end production workflows for soccer and core property creative requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, creative content, and digital to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Support the Brand Creative team by serving as the primary liaison between the team and all internal and external stakeholders including vendors/agencies for soccer-related content. Handling all internal/external communication, inputting and maintaining Airtable requests, setting internal/external meetings to review creative.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all executions.
  • Champion CBS Sports’ creative voice and visual identity in all soccer-related campaigns.
  • Brand Creative Development
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to aggregate toolkit due dates for each league in addition to all relevant assets/materials across all leagues.
  • Create and shepherd team through comprehensive production schedule from ideation/development to Digital Master Canvas (DMC) and motion toolkit creation, scripting, and Lyric builds
    • Work with Artist and Lyric team to ensure all layouts throughout the season adhere to established look
  • Support Art Director and Artists by QCing logos/messaging/note implementation, pulling player images, devising action plans for last-minute player injuries, managing artist workload and knowing when to suggest internal/external schedule changes
  • Coordinate all player image treatments with Art Director and finishing artist
  • Ensure new Airtable/Lucid workflows are being adhered to
  • A/V Versioning
  • QC and assign all Airtable requests to artists
  • Ensure artists have necessary assets across each league
  • Work closely with Producers on all drop-in and promo requests to ensure creative asks are fulfilled
  • Liaise with CBS Entertainment for periodic snipe development
Requirements:
  • BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in sports or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of soccer culture and global soccer properties.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with creative teams, editors, designers, and producers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lyric, AirTable, Frame.io, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with broadcast and digital production workflows.
  • Passion for storytelling and brand building.
