Summary:The Digital Product Manager is responsible for driving the development of digital technology products from inception to market success. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends and customer needs to deliver impactful solutions. The Digital Product Manager oversees the digital product development process to ensure new features and enhancements meet the needs of our customers, their consumers, as well as deliver DecoPac’s business objectives across our B2B2C SaaS platforms and eCommerce platforms.
Responsibility:
  • Develop and maintain the product strategy & roadmap in collaboration with leadership, architects, and development team.
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with User Experience, Digital Development, Customer Success, Product Solutions, PhotoCake, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to understand market / business needs and develop solutions to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Organize and manage all phases of the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop execution plans, goals, and identify resource requirements as needed.
  • Facilitate scrum events (daily standups, other agile ceremonies) as needed.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, and market research.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze product performance using data (KPIs, usage metrics, funnel analysis, etc.) to inform decisions.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes.
  • Identify, measure and share key performance indicators to understand product performance, customer usage and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with SRE, IT, Legal and InfoSec partners to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex engineering concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Facilitate effective communication between developers, business, and customer-facing teams to ensure shared understanding of products goals and constraints.
  • Distill technical trade-offs, dependences, and risks into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital product management, computer science, information technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in product design/development, product management of digital technologies, eCommerce or SaaS platforms required. Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and managing product backlogs is critical.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2B2C eCommerce or SaaS platforms
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and platform-based architectures
  • Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Suite, Figma, Google Analytics or similar
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and UX/UI principles
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling digital products or features
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to pricing models, subscription billing, and monetization strategies
  • Strong ability to understand complex technical discussions (architecture, APIs, integrations) and translate them into simple, actionable business context
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts, articulate trade-offs, and enable informed decision making across stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution industries is a plus.
