Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager for a Contract-to-Hire Role to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of customer-facing digital applications for a fast-growing organization in the home services industry.

This role will focus on delivering seamless and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, enabling customers to easily discover services, book appointments, track service requests, and manage their interactions with the business.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience building and scaling customer-facing digital products, particularly within home services, field services, retail, or service-based businesses.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires a customer-first mindset, strong product leadership, and the ability to translate business goals into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Own and drive the product roadmap and product vision for customer-facing digital applications

โ€ข Define product requirements, epics, user stories, and feature priorities aligned with business goals

โ€ข Partner with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to design and deliver product enhancements

โ€ข Improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital platforms, including service discovery, booking, scheduling, payments, and service tracking

โ€ข Analyze customer behaviour, product usage data, and feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization

โ€ข Drive improvements in customer engagement, conversion rates, and digital adoption

โ€ข Work closely with stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives and operational workflows

โ€ข Lead Agile product development processes including backlog management, sprint planning, product reviews, and release planning

โ€ข Ensure successful product delivery by coordinating across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities

โ€ข Monitor product performance and continuously iterate to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Experience

โ€ข Experience as a Product Manager or Digital Product Manager

โ€ข Proven experience managing customer-facing web and/or mobile applications

โ€ข Experience in home services, field services, retail, or similar industries with high customer interaction

โ€ข Strong experience working in Agile product development environments

โ€ข Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders

โ€ข Experience defining product strategy, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs

Tools & Technologies

โ€ข Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management and collaboration tools
