Job description

Company Overview:

This role is part of a full-service, in-house creative team that develops bold ideas and brings them to life for leading media brands. Based in Denver, the team combines strategic thinking, design craft, and a collaborative spirit to create campaigns that drive business results. As part of a large, multi-brand marketing group within video services, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to shape brand storytelling on a scale while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Overview

We are hiring a Digital Desiger to support a high-volume, fast-turn creative production workflow. This is not a UI/UX design role and is not intended for someone looking to do net-new concepting or highly creative, exploratory design work.

This person will primarily use Figma as a production toolโ€”building and maintaining templates, component libraries, and repeatable assetsโ€”and executing highly repetitive versioning across formats/specs with speed and precision.

What youโ€™ll do (day-to-day)

  • Produce and version marketing/creative assets at scale (high volume, fast turnaround).

  • Build, update, and maintain Figma templates and component libraries to support production throughput and consistency.

  • Execute repetitive production work reliably (this role can be routine/templated by nature).

  • Apply vendor/platform spec guides and resize/reformat assets across multiple dimensions.

  • Make detailed, production-oriented edits (text swaps, hierarchy adjustments, cropping, asset placement, logo prep, etc.).

  • Follow strict processes for file naming, organization, and QA.

  • Track time and workload accurately; communicate progress/blockers clearly.

  • Support continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation.

What this role is not

  • Not UI design / product design / UX work.

  • Not primarily net-new concepting or โ€œcreative exploration.โ€

  • Not a role for someone who will be unhappy doing repetitive, template-driven work.

Required background (what we should screen for)

  • 3โ€“5+ years in digital production / creative production (high-volume environments).

  • Strong Figma production experience (libraries, components, templates, structured files).

  • Solid working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.

  • Extremely detail-oriented: QA mindset, consistency, pixel precision when required.

  • Comfortable with repetition and โ€œproduction lineโ€ style execution.

  • Strong organization (naming conventions, file hygiene, version control habits).

  • Able to multitask/prioritize as requests shift during the day/week.

Nice-to-haves

  • Light image retouching

  • Email marketing platform exposure

  • Basic motion/animation exposure (not required)
