Description:

Join a Modern Print Operation Thatโ€™s Redefining Packaging

At Cursive, we help leading consumer brands bring their stories to life through high-quality labels and packaging. Using advanced automation and digital technology, weโ€™ve reimagined how packaging is producedโ€”faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Weโ€™re a growing, well-capitalized company with a lean team that values innovation, accountability, and craftsmanship.

If you enjoy working with cutting-edge equipment, take pride in quality, and want real growth opportunities, this role is for you.

The Opportunity

Weโ€™re looking for a full-time Production Associate โ€“ Printing & Packaging to join our growing production team. In this role, youโ€™ll help manufacture high-quality labels and packaging for leading brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage.

Youโ€™ll work in a bright, clean facility with state-of-the-art printing and converting equipment and support our production operators by preparing materials, assisting with machine setups, and ensuring products meet our quality standards.

This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities to grow into machine operator positions as you develop your mechanical and production skills.

This is more than a production associate roleโ€”youโ€™ll be a key contributor to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist machine operators with printing and converting equipment used to manufacture labels and shrink-sleeve packaging
  • Prepare and stage materials, tooling, and components needed for production runs
  • Support machine make-readies and changeovers between jobs
  • Inspect printed materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
  • Accurately record production information and assist with shop-floor data entry
  • Communicate with operators and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
  • Support team objectives by assisting wherever needed on the production floor
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in other production areas as needed to support overall plant goals

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Interest in learning how industrial printing and converting equipment operates
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how machines work
  • Experience using tools, repairing equipment, working on vehicles, building things, or operating machinery is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stay organized with strong attention to details
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to manage priorities and perform well in a fast-paced production setting
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a moderately loud production environment
  • Visual acuity to distinguish color, detail, and print quality

Why Youโ€™ll Love Working at Cursive

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, and 401k)
  • Paid training and career development opportunities in a fast-growing company
  • Opportunity to grow into skilled machine operator roles
  • Work in a modern, clean, state -of-the-art production facility
  • Join a fast-growing company reshaping the packaging industry
  • Lean team where your work makes a visible impact
  • Opportunity to work with world-class consumer brands
  • Performance-driven culture that recognizes skill, effort, and results
  • Supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation

The Kind of Person Who Succeeds Here

We're looking for team members who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and learning how advanced manufacturing equipment operations. People who are naturally curious about machines and take pride in doing quality work tend to grow quickly into operator roles at Cursive.
