Reports To: Communications Lead
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Transformation Church is seeking a Digital Specialist to help strengthen our digital presence and online engagement through creative, strategic, and mission-aligned content.
About the Role
The Digital Specialist focuses on executing and managing digital communication efforts across social media and online platforms. This role is responsible for creating engaging digital content, supporting online engagement, and helping communicate the vision and values of Transformation Church through compelling and effective digital experiences.
This individual will help bring ministry initiatives to life online through content creation, social media management, digital storytelling, and audience engagement.
This role is ideal for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, stays current with digital trends, and enjoys creating engaging online experiences that help people connect with the vision and values of TC.
What You'll Do
  • Create, schedule, and manage digital content across social media and communication platforms
  • Support digital communication campaigns and online engagement initiatives
  • Develop and execute engaging social media and digital content strategies
  • Help capture and organize photo, video, graphic, and written content for digital use
  • Monitor digital engagement and assist with online community interaction
  • Support ministry initiatives through digital promotion
  • Maintain content calendars, workflows, and digital asset organization
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and communication strategies
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with social media management, digital communication, or content creation
  • Strong creative, written, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with excellence and flexibility
  • A proactive, organized, and creative team player
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, photography, or related tools preferred
