Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in driving GoodLeap’s digital presence, generating qualified leads, and increasing brand awareness across multiple online channels. This role will develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, partner engagement, and business growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver data-driven marketing strategies that produce measurable results.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and continuously optimize for lead generation, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and improve lead nurturing strategies.
  • Monitor website performance, user behavior, SEO rankings, and digital analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Create, manage, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Assist with website updates, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing initiatives to improve customer engagement.
  • Partner with Product and Creative teams to develop compelling messaging and promotional materials that support product launches and company initiatives.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices while recommending innovative growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with GoodLeap’s brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Minimum 3–5 years of experience:

  • Digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing within fintech, technology, SaaS, financial services, renewable energy, or home improvement industries.
  • Managing paid media campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
